Imprint Methods
Typically used on: Gift sets, notebooks, journals, and notepads.
PAD PRINTING
Pad printing transfers ink via silicone pads onto a substrate. With this print method, and the unique properties of the silicone pad, we are able to transfer images onto a variety of surfaces, such as flat, cylindrical, spherical, compound angles, textures, concave, or convex surfaces.Typically used on: Writing instruments, plastic products, small-medium sized rigid products.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing, or silk-screening, allows ink to be transferred through a mesh screen. A Squeegee forces the ink through the screen and onto the substrate (material to be printed on). Most commonly used to decorate fabrics, our specialized screen printing machines allow us to imprint onto many other items.Typically used on: Lanyards, bags, water bottles, towels, pens, mugs, and notebooks.
LASER ENGRAVING
Laser engraving utilizes a powerful laser beam to engrave a substrate surface, most typically metal. Our two types of laser engraving machines allow imprints to be permanently fixed onto aluminum, stainless steel, other exotic metals, plastics, wood, and faux leather.Typically used on: Key chains, bottle openers, tools, pens and leather.
DEBOSSING

The debossing process involves imprinting on specific substrates with a metal stamp, customized with your desired imprint. Using the proper amount of heat and pressure, the final result is an elegantly decorated item with a permanent imprint.Typically used on: Notebooks, journals, and writing pads.
VINYL INSERTS

Logos are digitally imprinted onto a vinyl, pressure-sensitive substrate. With vinyl inserts, the only limit is your imagination. Using the 4-color printing process, imprints can be made in millions of vibrant colors. The inserts are then custom-dye-cut to fit the item.Typically used on: Flat items ideal for pressure sensitive application.
DIGITAL DIRECT PRINTING

Digital direct printing, or DDP, produces vibrant, full-color printing using the 4-color printing process and UV light technology. Printing can be done on rigid, flat plastics and metals, allowing multi-color imprints and photographic representations complete with a full bleed.Typically used on: Various items with appropriate imprint area, like bottle openers and key chains.
EPOXY DOME

Our epoxy dome process enhances the vinyl insert option by adding a clear resin cap to your imprints, giving them an amazing glossy, 3D effect. Epoxy doming also provides a protective barrier, ensuring a lasting imprint.Typically used on: The same items available to vinyl insert options.
HEAT TRANSFER

The heat transfer process involves printing your artwork onto a carrier sheet. The carrier sheet is then firmly pressed against an item with a heat press to transfer the artwork permanently to the item. This process allows for full-color printing.Typically used on: Bags, lanyards, and other fabric Items.
DYE-SUBLIMATION

Dye Sublimation digitally prints onto a special material, which is transferred via heat press to the final synthetic substrate, effectively the item. The ink bonds with the fabric to create a vibrant and permanent imprint that embeds onto the item.Typically used on: Microfiber items, lanyards.
EMBROIDERY (NEW!)
The embroidery process involves special thread (from 1-color to multiple colors) stitched directly onto the product – typically fabric such as apparel or bags. Using high speed, high capacity multi-head embroidery machines, this process produces beautiful & permanent decoration and adds a new dimension to your promotional products.Typically used on: Bags, and other cloth/canvas items.
